Our Buses
We provide a 24-hour service, 365 days a year. On standby we have one person from Management, a bus driver, mechanic, supervisor and vehicles with an inspector who accompanies the morning and night shift from the pickup points to the mine. We are in possession of Passenger Liability Insurance to the value of R50’000’000.00 per as well as third party Insurance.
We have a pro- active plan to prevent accidents. We have had no casualties since the day the company was established. The policy with Genlib extends – in addition to the R50’000’000.00 limit on Passenger Liability and Unauthorized Passenger Legal Liability to provide Personal Accident cover, for a maximum of 65 seats, any one occurrence, at R2’000.00 per seat for a maximum of 25 days, also including emergency roadside costs (ambulance and medical evacuation). Regarding Passenger Liability, it must be noted that cover in terms of this policy will always be subject to the prevailing legislation governing such liability and in strict accordance with the provisions of the Road Accident Fund as defined in law and at time of the occurrence of the claim.
Accredited Training Centre
Pal’s Training Centre is to promote growth in individuals and organizations through education, training and development. The training Centre offers a unique blend of products and services that deliver a comprehensive skills development package to South African companies.
By assisting them we will be able to enrich the knowledge and skills of millions of people within South Africa.
Due to the evolving world of training, the partners decided to be involved in skills development and seek accreditation in 2013 through TETA (Transport Education Training Authority).
This is a new venture in the field of Learnership but, the partners have a wide range of management skills and the assessors have had vast experience in the ETDP field and have been involved in the delivery of Skills programme and Learnership for the transport sector. Both the owner, GS Didloff and his wife, SJ Didloff are qualified pedagogues.
- Please note that delegates that do not notify PAL BUS TRAINING CENTRE of cancellation in writing 14 days prior to the commencement date of the training program for any reason whatsoever, will be obliged to pay PAL BUS TRAINING CENTRE the full price of the course.
- PAL BUS TRAINING CENTRE reserves the right to cancel or postpone any training program due to unforeseen circumstances.
- PAL BUS TRAINING CENTRE does not accept responsibility for any damage or loss in respect of property brought onto the premises.
- You will be liable to PAL BUS TRAINING CENTRE in respect of any damage caused by you to property belonging to PAL BUS TRAINING CENTRE and/or to any property where the training takes place as a result of your actions and hereby indemnify PAL BUS TRAINING CENTRE against all damages, claims and/or loss caused to any third party as a result of your actions.
- Right of admission. PAL BUS TRAINING CENTRE reserves the right to refuse admission to the training course where evidence of full payment cannot be shown.
- Copyright etc: All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by PAL BUS TRAINING CENTRE in connection with this training program is expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
- You appoint the address set out above as Domicilium Citandi et Executandi for all purposes in terms arising out your relationship with PAL BUS TRAINING CENTRE.
- In the event you fail to pay PAL BUS TRAINING CENTRE on due date, PAL BUS TRAINING CENTRE will be entitled but shall not be obliged to institute legal proceedings for the recovery of all outstanding amounts and that the costs in respect thereof shall be paid by you on the attorney / client scale.
- ON COMPLETION OF THE COURSE YOU WILL BE AWARDED WITH A CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
